    I don't agree with this in the slightest bit. The owner, is usually eating dinner at HIS restaurant and also doesn't speak clear English which makes him uncomfortable talking to guest. His son, who is the main server is quite capable of greeting everyone who comes in the door and that should be sufficient. Do you really expect him to greet everyone who walks in? Considering that Bradford is a small town, and everything is word of mouth (because everyone knows everyone) he greets who he is comfortable talking to. How is that any different then if he was an owner who was never in the restaurant and never greeted anyone at all? On another note, if you ask to talk with him or his wife; their son is ready and able to go ask for them. They are happy to talk with anyone who walks in the door who would like to ask them about the way something is prepared or if they have a specific way of ordering their food. Maria is polite and easy going and loves to talk to everyone. Keep in mind, this is a small and family run PORTUGUESE restaurant. If you think you could do better, feel free to go and open one yourself and see if you can keep up with the ongoing competition for restaurants in Bradford. P.S. He was probably watching soccer, and in which case- that's more important then your negative review...
